It almost makes it itself and, if stored properly you can use the playdough over and over again.

How To Make Pumpkin Playdough Step By Step
In a mixing bowl add flour, fine grain salt, cream of tartar and vegetable oil.
Add pumpkin spice mix. Mix well.
In boiling water dissolve food coloring. I used orange with a few drop of bright pink and red to more intense and color.
Pour colored boiling water to the flour mix in the bowl.
Combine with a spatula.
Let the dough cool slight until it’s manageable with hands. Knead until it’s no longer sticky.
Wait for the dough to cool completely.
Wrap in a plastic wrap and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

No Cook Pumpkin Playdough that smells like holidays!
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 tbsp cream of tartar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- Food coloring
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add flour, salt and cream of tartar and vegetable oil.
- Add pumpkin spice and mix well
- In boiling water dissolve food coloring.
- Add colored boiling water to the mix in the bowl. Combine with a spatula.

Notes
If the dough feels too loose add more flour. If it’s too thick add a bit of more water.
Play Ideas With Pumpkin Dough
There’s more than just one way to play with pumpkin playdough.
Depending on your little ones interest and age you can:
- roll out pumpkin pie
- decorate real pumpkin with playdough
- use pumpkin playdough with pumpkin themed playdough mat
- simply shape small pumpkin and decorate them with cork, pouch lids, fall leaves and aromatic herbs you have in your backyard or on a windowsill, cinnamon sticks, cloves and even very own real pumpkin seeds.
